Implement their Fair Rights Under the labor code in every constitution, a worker is entitled to benefits. A live-in contract maid must observe her rights in the home. Aside from 3 respectable meals a day, is a livable space to sleep in, preferably a private room, with all the necessary amenities to be shouldered by the employer.
Submissive maids are known favorites by most employers. Being submissive means always willing to learn, willing to work hard every day and willing to please the employer whatever it takes. The problem is being too submissive is being careless of their own safety and rights and this can lead to problems not just on the maid but on the employer as well.
